"I am deeply honored to have been chosen as a recipient of the Next Generation Leaders by NAMIC. I feel privileged to work for a company such as Cox, where diversity is strongly supported and valued. This award is an inspiration for me to continue to advance efforts to promote diversity beyond our industry," said Stubbs.
