Project Uplift is the professional network which links ITSMF family members to open career positions across industries and IT functions. Additionally, it is a candidate resource for ITSMF member companies seeking mid-, senior-, and executive-level IT professionals.

Q. To participate in Project Uplift, must I meet any minimum skill requirements?
Each company listing a position will outline the requisite qualifications. Candidates that meet those qualifications will have their names and contact information sent for further review by the member company.
Q. How does Project Uplift help me locate a new position?
Through Project Uplift, you now have a resource which utilizes the ITSMF professional network to help you find career opportunities within members’ companies.
Q. How do I participate in the program?
Once you send an email indicating your desire to participate in the program, we will send you a form to complete and submit; upon approval a member of the committee will contact you to provide more details. As a participant in the program, you will have a Project Uplift committee member working with you and periodically updating you on your status in the program.
Q. What happens after I submit my resume and how will I receive updates?
Once we receive your information, we begin to identify available career opportunities that match your qualifications and requirements. Throughout the process, you will receive updates or status reports from your Project Uplift committee representative every 30 days. If we find a match and submit your information to a member company, we will contact you immediately. In addition to receiving updates from your representative, you may send an email to the ITSMF Uplift email address to inquire about recent submissions. Note, even though you may be matched to an open position, there is no guarantee of an interview or a position with an employer.
Q. Must I be a current ITSMF member to participate in the program?
Yes. This program is for ITSMF members, alumni and protégés only.
Q. Is this a career matching service similar to Monster.com?
No. Our goal is to “connect” you with opportunities and member companies with qualified candidates. We are not a job bank or recruiting firm.
Q. Is there a fee or cost if you find me a job?
No, this program is free to ITSMF members, protégés and alumni.
Note: All hiring decisions are at the discretion of the employer. ITSMF plays no role in the selection or hiring process.
