Cloud and Cyber Security Account Development Leader

 

Account Development Leader will:

  • In partnership with Capgemini Market Unit/Account leadership, leader will help define new opportunities and requirements
  • Solution the new opportunities in collaboration with members from other business lines
  • Provide estimation for opportunities and help build the solutions team who will participate in workshops
  • Run workshops and collaborate with appropriate members from other practices and business lines
  • Work with alliance partners to help drive new solutions with client
  • Will work with Capgemini Market Unit Leadership and to set clear priorities or allocation of resources and investments to maximize pipeline growth and achieve sales targets

Key Skills

  • Transparent approach to relationship management
  • Adaptable and comfortable working with a matrixed team
  • Depth of experience in Cloud (PaaS/IaaS) and/or Cyber Technologies
  • Maintains industry, sector and technical knowledge by attending key workshops, growing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Demonstrated experience leading proposal development and conducting client presentations/running workshops
  • Experience with global, multi-national projects
  • Interact as a peer at executive levels in client companies and comfortable working within complex organizations with the ability to build empathy, credibility and trust with key customers
  • Ability to travel on a monthly basis, mostly International
