Current Need
Delivery leader of the McKesson PSaS SAP WM, 3PL, DC Ops and Enterprise SAP Serialization & Analytics Solutions team. Serves as the IT leader for the human and technical resources required to meet commitments for and support of the Warehouse Management, Carrier Parcel, Labor Management, Transportation Management, DC IT technology & DSCSA Serialization systems. Select systems supported by the team: SAP WM, SAP ATTP, Analytics. Integration support to FedEx, UPS and other carrier systems, DC Integrations to Automation technology, Network, Telephony & Infrastructure solutions.

This position reports to the PSaS DC Solutions Leader.

This position is in Las Colinas or LaVergne, TN (Specialty)

Position Description
Key Responsibilities include:
• Oversee the design and deployment of solutions supporting integrations to DC technology including but not limited to conveyance, RF devices, network engineering, automation, platform and 3rd party carrier systems
• Oversee support of the LaVergne facility services, including serving as the point of contact for desktop & workstations needs both for the Contact Center and Distribution Center groups
• Oversee delivery and support of the Enterprise Solutions Advance Track & Trace Serialization solution and analytics capabilities
• Oversee delivery and support for the Warehouse Management, Labor Management, Transportation Management and integration to Carrier Parcel systems for the PSaS Core and Life Sciences 3PL business segments
• Responsible for stakeholder engagement, ensuring team performance meets expectations and that established KPI’s/metrics enable business growth targets
• Assesses opportunities for application and process improvement and shares rationale with team members and key stakeholders
• Mentoring and oversight of people and team development
• Monitor team dynamics and address performance issues
• Ensure adequate resource allocation to committed business features through PI and program/project planning events
• Partner with RTE's and other Development Leaders to prioritize features due to velocity/capacity limitations; monitor performance of milestones
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and Action Planning efforts
• Leading ongoing improvements by applying best practices, focusing on customers’ needs, keeping employees motivated and continually improving the IT environment with the outcome of increasing business value, customer trust and confidence in McKesson Technology
• The application of sound and responsible financial decision making to sustain a balance between the wants and needs of stakeholders and the resources needed to satisfy them.
• Understand, define, and support McKesson’s inter-business activities, and fostering a productive relationship between IT and its business partners

Minimum Requirements
13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience)

Critical Skills
• 13+ years’ experience of professional experience in related IT field
• 6+ years’ experience in diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills
• 5+ years’ experience working in Distribution
• Proven experience leading Operational Excellence initiatives which satisfy company scorecard objectives and enable key business metrics
• Expertise working with Six Sigma groups to design and implement initiatives which increase throughput and efficiencies in the DC’s
• Proven experience with overseeing solution delivery at or above 95% quality
• Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Compliance solutions, proven experience implementing and supporting drug pedigree and DSCSA solutions
• Working knowledge of SAP products, including SAP Warehouse Management and SAP Advanced Track & Trace (ATTP)

Additional Knowledge & Skills
• 5+ years’ experience working in the Healthcare industry
• Strong technical aptitude and experience with a wide variety of technologies
• Experience working with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP ERP) strongly preferred
• Ability to rapidly learn and if required evaluate a new tool or technology
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience
• Be an innovative thinker
• Must have a strong customer and quality focus
• Have been successful in working across organizational boundaries, bringing together people with diverse perspectives and experience to find solutions to complex technical issues

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
