Per Scholas was founded more than 20 years ago with a mission to open doors to transformative technology careers for individuals from often overlooked communities. They prepare smart, dedicated people to work in key technical roles and are building a more diverse technical workforce by creating on-ramps for women and people of color, groups staggeringly underrepresented in IT employment today.

About the ITSMF Foundation

The ITSMF Foundation nurtures the pipeline of future generations of technology leaders through community outreach, STEM advocacy, scholarships, and career development. From the start of early childhood education, through higher education, to workforce entry, the road is paved with disparities, barriers, and biases for people of color and for women. As a result, the technology workforce lacks diversity, reflecting very little representation from these underserved populations. Through the ITSMF Foundation, we are committed to closing the STEM gap and supporting the growth of a diverse technology workforce.
